Customer Service – Outbound

We have an opening for a TEMPORARY POSITION for 3 months for the position of Tele sales agent with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills.

Job Description.

• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
• Always strive towards meeting sales targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to convince clients
• Fluent in English
• Has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Tele sales ( B2B sales preferred)
• Since it is a temporary role for 3months, candidates who are holding a spouse/father’s / freelance visa will only be considered.
