OUR TEAM
Jehangir Makhdum
General ManagerOur General Manager is a bit of a social misfit but that allows him ample time to focus on strategic matters. He does bring 26-years of professional experience. He has set-up, managed and turned around a number of companies in diverse industries including outsourcing, logistics, manufacturing, construction and investment banking. He is happily married with a lovely wife and two great kids. Totally useless at sports but still spends significant time trying to improve. He is very extremely opinionated, but why not.He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.Ali Kazmi
Chief Operating OfficerOur Chief Operating Officer; is a stickler for details and annoyingly risk-averse, but you wouldn’t want it any other way. He has over 20 years of professional experience in banking, outsourcing and information management. He is the undisputed guru of the information management industry in the Middle East with over 15-years of direct industry experience. For some reason, he is a board member of PRISM’s (Professional Records & Information Services Management) Asia Pacific region. He is a committed family guy with a loving wife, son and daughter. He would be good at sports only if he hit the gym a bit more often.Totally unrelated to anything he has done professionally, he is a graduate of Kansas State University with a focus on Marketing and Accounting.Zeeshan Saeed
Vice PresidentOur Vice President and head call center & outsourcing services; has always had a fetish for working for multinational organizations. But he was brainwashed by our General Manager at a very early age. He hasn’t looked back though, and ironically now works with multinational organizations, albeit as a service provider.Still very young, he brings 8-years of intense experience in outsourcing industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. He is married with one child. He is an avid sportsman and could have played at international level, only if matches started after noon; cause sacrificing those extra couple of hours of sleep just ain’t worth it.
